Making The Tastiest Cocktail Popsicles For Summer
It’s at least guaranteed to result in oodles of fun evening! If you’re not into food and/or drinks, you might wanna look away from this post.
When I’m not travelling, I can usually be found in 1 of 3 states – napping, eating or thinking about eating. I was in state 3 when I my mind wandered off to a halloween party we organised a while back and in which Yaya made what can only be described as some lethal vodka jelly shots and I started toying with the idea of ‘solid cocktails’ and yes, I hear myself – it sounds silly but it’s not quite as far fetched as you’d think. And as it turns out, it’s a lot easier to do than I initially thought.
What are solid cocktails? Simple – iced cocktails popsicles. They’re the ideal summer party item. Cool, refreshing and guaranteed to get you and your friends nice and merry!
What d’ya you need?
1.) Popsicle-maker thingamajigs. Not sure what they’re officially called. And popsicle sticks – don’t forget the sticks.
2.) One of these cocktail recipes below. Preferably – alamakaholic (which, for some reason, is how one of my friends pronounces ‘alcoholic’ and now I just can’t seem to shake off).
The next step’s pretty easy – mix them up real nice, pop into your popsicle maker and whip ’em out to the delight of your friends at your next summer barbecue party!
